Besides obvious courtesy, what’s the point of cleaning my apartment for realtors to show it?  You’re renting the space.  You shouldn’t feel dissuaded from getting the apartment because my place looks like a mess.  It’s not like my shit will be here when you move in.

Dude! I feel you! The last time I moved out a realtor gave me shit bc the place was a mess…in my defense I asked him to not show the apartment that day bc I was moving the next day and there was crap everywhere. His own fault!
