Reasons Today Was Weird...
1. This morning, the bus driver, who I will assume is training, completely missed the turn onto Felton Street. The route was extended as the driver had to circle back around Harvard Yard. Some poor old man was really sad. :(
2. Some guy licked his teeth at me. He was also wearing sweat pants. Seriously, it’s Tuesday. You don’t get to wear sweat pants in public on Tuesdays. no...

Pants.
This time last year a specific pair of pants were hanging off me bc they were too big. This time this year, that same pair of pants won’t button.

You know what I hate...
When you’re in a rush and the placement of the tooth paste isn’t exactly perfect on the toothbrush. And then, bc you’re in a hurry you move the toothbrush too quickly causing the tooth paste to fall off. And then, because you’re a ritualized human being you just finished brushing your hair, which mean there are hairs in the sink. And of course the toothpaste falls into it....

Besides obvious courtesy, what’s the point of cleaning my apartment for realtors to show it? You’re renting the space. You shouldn’t feel dissuaded from getting the apartment because my place looks like a mess. It’s not like my shit will be here when you move in.

May Crazy
So looking at my iCal…well, wow, May is FULL! Full of fun! Graduation this weekend (I’m already graduated, but I get to make some nice extra money by attending!). Then, a lovely wedding the week after (I’m hoping drinks and dancing for all!) followed by a weekend at home with my family and then a beautiful long weekend in Maine for Memorial day with friends!!!!

Spring Cleaning...
…I’ve already thrown out 10 pairs of old shoes (that literally have not been on my feet in two years), went to target and got some much needed cleaning supplies (we ran out awhile ago..ooops) and now have been slaving away with my brandy new vacuum.
I’m trying my best to reduce and recycle my things. Our apartment needs some shelves for sure, probably one entitled Native...

I'm Watching a Documentary....

Oh Sweet Relief!
I got a job today! A real big girl salaried with health benefits job! (and it was my first choice to boo!)

I honestly feel about 20lbs lighter (even though holiday weight + Valentine’s candy has made that not an actual reality)
but oh.
knowing I can pay my loans back. afford rent and food. ah.
and hey, in a few months my heating bill will...
